Located in the Hamriyah Free Zone, Vision ME’s state-of-the-art oil storage terminal spans over 50,000 square meters and offers more than 220,000 CBM of total storage capacity. The facility is equipped with 13 above-ground storage tanks (AST), all constructed to international API STD 650 standards and enclosed within waterproof dyke containment systems for maximum safety.
Our network of 12” and 16” inlet and outlet pipelines connects directly to Hamriyah Main and Inner Harbors. All pipelines are pressure-regulated, insulated, and coated to international specifications, enabling safe and seamless product transfer. At Vision ME, operational excellence is supported by strict safety practices – from product-specific pumps and thermal shut-off valves to comprehensive emergency response plans, full PPE protocols, and intrinsically safe communication systems.
Our terminal is designed to handle a diverse range of petroleum products, including fuel oil, bunker fuels, cutter stocks, furnace oil, and rubber processing oil. Supported by a dedicated operations team and robust infrastructure, we ensure efficient handling, safe storage, and compliance with global standards.
The facility integrates advanced monitoring technologies such as overfill prevention systems, level/pressure/temperature transmitters, circulation lines, and emergency venting. Fire safety is a top priority, with NFPA-compliant systems in place – including firefighting pumps, sprinkler systems, alarms, extinguishers, and a dedicated 500m³ water tank.
